Update - Our engineers are continuing to investigate this issue. Along with errors when loading charts in reports the underlying issue may also cause some query results and datasets to fail to load. Monitoring - We are experiencing a performance issue with our ticketing system which impacts our ability to respond quickly to chats and emails. The vendor is actively working on it.
