Investigating - We have observed issues with a third party service provider beginning around 16:00 UTC. The impact would have contributed to Notebook cells failing to render their results, auto pinning of tables in the schema browser, and notifications for actions such as report duplication (report duplication will still complete in the background). We are investigating the issue with our third party provider and will share updates as they become available.
