Update
We're still watching the upgrade-o-meter tick along. In the meantime we're spinning up some replacement instances so that we can back out of the upgrade if/when we determine that's the appropriate next step.

Upgrades are going smoothly though a bit slower than planned. It looks like we'll be at it until at least 10:30 PDT. Stay tuned for further updates.
